I am still very active as a Dean with Lone Star College, a large community college in the Houston area. My wife, Chris, spends her time raising, showing, and selling Oriental Shorthair cats, and last month we were scheduled to come to a show in Colorado Springs, but had to cancel at the last moment.  I ‘m sure it will come up again before long, and I will be sure to come by and visit.  I get back to Asheville about  once a year, usually when I’m back in North Carolina trout fishing with my family.  The last issue of the alumni magazine had a picture of my brothers and Dad taken about a year ago on one of our trips.  Arch Montgomery usually comes over from Asheville for a day or so on the river with us, as he is also an avid fly fisherman. Asheville still has a very fond place in my heart, and I will probably visit the school again this year in late June.
